Over the years we have expanded the range of courses and services we can provide from courses in basic machine operation to certification of lifting equipment. Our courses now also include training for agricultural equipment as well as manual handling. All of our trainers have years of real-life experience in the warehouse and transportation industries and we can provide on site training as well as a warehouse and classroom environment at our purpose built premises in Sligo.
Industrial Transport Training’s FETAC level 6 Manual Handling training course’s run in our training centre as well as at your own location. Manual handling training covers all general areas of manual handling.
Industrial Transport Training run Industrial Transport training courses which are FAS approved and meet RTITB ( Road Transport Industry Training Board ) standards.
Industrial Transport Training run courses for all forms of construction transport vehicles from teleporters, excavators and tractors to machinery for working at heights.
Industrial Transport Training provide training for all agricultural vehicles and machinery covering tractors and attachments, 4 x 4’s and ATV’s and smaller machinery such as chainsaws and mowers
Industrial Transport Training provide services for health and safety which includes safety statements, risk assessments, workplace health and safety auditing and managers health & safety awareness courses.
Industrial Transport Training provide testing and inspections for a multitude of machinery and equipment including lifting equipment, chains, shackles and all forms of plant, scaffolding and load testing.
Industrial Transport Training (ITT) is based in Sligo but we provide services in Donegal, Mayo, Leitrim, Roscommon, Galway and Ireland as a whole. We have a training centre in Sligo with classrooms and a warehouse for providing practical skills on forklift & other industrial type equipment eg reach trucks power pallet trucks & MEWPS.
ITT is a FAS approved training centre for many courses but we are also FAS approved for some CSCS programmes. Our instructors have been trained and certified to the highest levels by organisations such as: FAS, ROSPA, IPAF, RTITB and Span Set.
All training provided by Industrial Transport Training is of the highest standard and is tailored to meet indivudual customer requirements. Training can be carried out on-site or at our fully equipped training centre.
